One of Miami’s native sons, Dr. Heywood, has made excellence a habit. After graduating cum laude from the University of Florida, Dr. Heywood went on to continue his education at the University of Florida’s College of Medicine, before completing his residency at Miami’s famed Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Internal Medicine unit.
Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Heywood transitioned to functional medicine, where his interest and own high achievement led him towards a passionate career providing many popular health and wellness therapies including hormone replacement as well as sexual performance and enhancement.
Dr. Heywood is professionally trained and licensed in the practice of Anti-Aging and is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
