Olivia “Liv” Moore was a rosy-cheeked, disciplined, over-achieving medical resident who had her life path completely mapped out…until the night she attended a party that unexpectedly turned into a zombie feeding frenzy.
Now to appear human to her family, friends and former finance, Live takes a job in the morgue, where she can secretly snack on brains of murder victims. Or not so secretly. She's discovered by her boss, Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti, who is thrilled to have sufficient access to a zombie.
Liv finds that with every brain she consumes, she see crime scenes through the eyes of the victims. Posing as a psychic, she works with Detective Babineaux, and finds that helping solve murders of those who are actually dead breathes new life into her undead existence.
