How To Cook a Live Lobster
1 Gallon Water
2 cups Chopped Onion
1 cup Chopped Carrot
1 cup Chopped Celery
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup White Wine
½ oz Black Peppercorns
2 Bay Leaves
Small Bundle of Thyme Sprigs
Cooking Times
12-15 minutes for 1 lb lobster
15-20 minutes for a 1 1/2 pound lobster
20-25 minutes for a 2-3 pound lobster
Marinated Grilled Shrimp
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 pinch Salt
1 TBSP Old Bay Seasoning
1oz Fresh Chopped Garlic
½ oz Chopped Fresh Basil
½ oz Chopped Fresh Italian Parsley
Southern Seafood Boil
1 Gallon Water
4 oz Old Bay Seasoning
4 oz Cajun Seasoning
½ cup White Wine
2 Large Oranges
3 Lemons
1Lb Snow Crab Legs
½ Lb Louisiana Crawfish
½ Lb Jumbo Shrimp
1Lb Andouille Sausage
8oz Red Potato
2 Ears of Corn
Boil for 10-12 Minutes
