Let’s just say this is not exactly the most executed plan. A car thief attempted to steal a running car in Lake Tapps, Washington. However, the owner of the vehicle was inside the gas station, ran out, and jumped in the passenger seat. In the video you can see the car back up and attempt to drive away. The owner of the car got the suspected thief out and with the help of bystanders was able to hold the suspect until authorities came.
