WEST JAVA, INDONESIA - Indonesian pop star Irma Bule liked to be hands-on with snakes. The 29-year-old entertainer danced with them on stage.
That dangerous act turned deadly when one of the snakes did what snakes do. She was in the middle of her act when a cobra bit her in the thigh. The singer appeared calm in a video during the incident, and reportedly refused an antidote from snake handlers. Apparently, the vixen was no match for the venom.
She was pronounced dead 45 minutes later at a hospital.
