Maury Povich, whose show airs here on CW39, has been "finding fathers" for years.
But it's not everyday a guest comes on looking for daddy . . . and finds her long-lost brother, Ted Cruz, too!
The show's host posted a photo to social media. The caption: "Ted Cruz on drag on Maury? The lie detector test determined . . . that was a lie . . . Ted's not that sexy . . . " Oooh, burn.
Searcy, the Cruz look-alike, appeared on Maury Monday -- testing five men to find her son's father. She was certain her fiancée Freddy was the father. "Me and Freddy were supposed to get married, but he put our wedding on hold because of rumors."
Don't worry -- happy ending for the baby mama -- Freddy was indeed the father.
No one seems to care about that, though. The internet's more entertained by the shocking resemblance to the presidential candidate . . . and it's sure hard not to laugh!
Sorry Cruz, just when you though the internet might slow down on the jokes and memes . . . this happens.
