Jessica stopped by Azul at Mandarin Oriental for a sneak peak at its interactive cooking class series. She even tested her cooking skills with Chef de Cuisine, Benjamin Murray, when they made a braised short rib dish from one of the classes.
Below is a list of the upcoming classes offered at Mandarin Oriental. Some classes will be with Chef Benjamin of Azul and others will be at Mandarin Oriental's other restaurant, La Mar with Chef Oka.
