HOUSTON, TX - The NFL is warning its players about consuming beef produced in Mexico and China.  A memo sent to players recently told players, "Consuming large quantities of meat while visiting those particular countries may result in a positive test for clenbuterol."

Clenbuterol is a banned substance that can help with muscle growth.

Texans offensive lineman Duane Brown had been suspended 10-games for a positive test for clenbuterol last season. However,  the NFLPA reportedly proved the result came from meat Brown consumed while on vacation in Mexico.  His suspension has been overturned, but it did prompt the warning memo to be sent to all players.
