New mobile fort for spaying and neutering in South Florida

A new custom portable unit for spaying and neutering pets is now making its way around South Florida.

The Humane Society of Broward County, along with Broward County Animal Care & Adoption has partnered with a local company to build the unit. It’s the first of its kind in the country being used for spaying and neutering.

Appointments are required. The goal is to do 30 surgeries per day. You can schedule an appointment by calling 954-463-spay (7729) or visiting www.humanebroward.com
