EAST POINT, GA - Did you take your mom out for a nice meal on Mother's Day? Maybe you took her out to see a show? A Japanese restaurant outside Atlanta treated patrons to both this Mother's Day. That is, if the show were called "Restaurant Wars."
A brawl broke out between five customers and the staff. Sailyn Barlow, 14, recorded the fight on her cell phone. Her mom says it was pretty scary, adding, "...forget video. I'm not from that generation. I'm from the generation where you run." Apparently even some of the staff were unfazed. Barlow says, "The chef he was amazing. He was cooking during the fight."
Detectives are looking for the customers involved and say they could face serious charges. Luckily no one was seriously hurt. The owner says he lost at least $5000 from customers who walked out without paying.
We don't know exactly what led to the fight, but we wonder how bad a table of customers have to be for the entire staff to gang up on you?
