NEW YORK, NY - Here's a new twist in online dating-- if dating were a food, what "flavor" would you be?

Well, that's the "flavor of the moment" in getting more people to start clicking at the online dating site called OKCupid.

Yep, the dating site with the slogan, 'We use math to find you dates,' has decided to super-size their love equation and go for something completely different.

Yeah, it's "math" in the name of love.

And the dating site says the only way to make the love quotient add up is to turn people into flavors.

So, the site has paired people into all kinds of flavored groups like "Kinky Nerds," "Hipster Vegans," and even "Grand Old Partiers"...a flavored group reserved for Republicans who like to drink.

So how are the "flavorings" performing at helping to create connections?

Well, it may be too soon to tell.

The site says just to bring some personality and take your appetite to the dating table.

The big question for daters now is, how do you get to be the flavor of the month?
