PATERSON, NJ - Rapper Fetty Wap's new music video 'Wake Up' is a real eye opener for school board officials at Eastside High in Paterson, New Jersey.

Fetty raps about getting high, and says the song is dedicated to the students, but parents say it sends the wrong message.

The Paterson school district says it does not endorse the content.  Now, school officials want to know who gave the green light to film the racy video inside the school.

The objectionable imagery includes dice games, a stripper dancing on a pole inside a classroom, and even a teacher appearing to take a hit from an apple bong.

The 1989 movie 'Lean on Me' is based on the school; and it's where Fetty Wap went to classes before dropping out.

The school's principal, Zatiti Moody, was not fired, but he is on administrative leave.  Though no students were in the music video and it was filmed during non instructional hours, school officials aren't sleeping on this class act.
