Each week on Inside South Florida we feature an organization that gives back to South Florida. Today, we're featuring Feeding South Florida, the largest, most efficient food bank in this area.
The organization supports 25% of the state's food insecure population. They have continued their efforts through the pandemic, seeing more people than ever in need.
Feeding South Florida has brought food to over 700,000 people across four counties, and partners with other non-profits to make sure they can get the job done. They offer drive-thru food distributions weekly to keep everyone safe and abide by COVID safety precautions.
