From hospitality mavens David Grutman and Pharrell Williams, Swan restaurant reopens its doors with a completely new menu that’s centered around seasonal and market-driven ingredients.
"For the concept of the new Swan menu we see that the restaurant is a very refined space and very elegant but we wanted to reflect the idea of comfort. And wanted to do seasonal, rustic, Italian but also very flavorful components into the dishes," says Raul Alcudia Executive Corporate Chef, Groot Hospitality.
The 250-seat restaurant and second-floor lounge will have social distancing and safety protocols for employees and guests to safely enjoy their time at Swan.
"We're basically sticking to CDC requirements, we are wearing masks, we are sanitizing everything before guests arrive and after guests leave. And our employees get preemptive screening before they come in," states Alcudia

Guests can also enjoy plates such as the Swan Cesar, caviar pasta, and for dessert a pavlova.
