With Thanksgiving around the corner, many are starting to prep for the big day.
As this year thanksgiving will be a bit different, Ariete in Coconut Grove is making thanksgiving easy and safe for the entire family.
"This year we are offering two separate experiences, one of which is Thanksgiving for you at home. Basically, it provides all the delicious classic sides of Thanksgiving. And also several packages to add sides on top of that. Basically, the whole idea is we give you everything done. And you warm up all your sides and all you have to do is cook your turkey. We brine the turkey, we butter the turkey, and we also give you instructions for the turkey as well. The idea was for you to do as little work as possible. And to enjoy an Ariete thanksgiving but at home," says Michael Beltran, Chef and Owner of Ariete Hospitality Group.
The other experience Ariete is offering is dine-in on Thanksgiving.
"Dining at Ariete this year would be a family-style Thanksgiving experience. We wanted to feel like Thanksgiving but in a restaurant setting. So it's all the classic fixings of Thanksgiving. And we will be providing turkey," states Beltran.
Some of the dishes you can enjoy in the Ariete Thanksgiving menu are turkey and stuffing croquettas, turkey fricase pastelitos, and a salad made with heirloom tomatoes, bibb lettuce, and radish.
The dinner serves families of either four, six, and eight. And of course, you can always add additional sides.
