"It's summer time so it's very hot here in South Florida and a dish we want to highlight is our Vuelve a La Vida. Which is a seafood mix, it's an appetizer. It comes with Octopus, Shrimp, scallops. It has fresh squeezed lime and orange juice. And it's made fresh to order," says German Barchietto, Manager, Bakan.
And of course we can’t forget, the tacos!
"Tacos Carnitas Prensadas is a typical Mexican dish. Our carnitas is a unique recipe. And you can't find it anywhere else. They come on a soft corn blue tortillas and it's served with Chicharron (Pork Belly) which is fried right at the moment that you order it," said Barchietto.
