This California=based restaurant chain has finally made its way to sunny South Florida. Top Round serves chef-made delicatessen sandwiches. The restaurant’s design was inspired by southern California's retro-modern style. While on a business trip to Los Angeles. David Chesal fell in love with the food and ambiance. And decided to bring the eatery to Fort Lauderdale.
"Bringing Top Round to South Florida was something that we didn't have here in town. And it was something that was truly missing. It's the chef-made sandwiches, it's that essence of chef-inspired sandwiches and that's from the dry rubbing of the Roast Beef, slow roasting it in the oven for eight to ten hours in the store, slicing it fresh to order, It's just something you don't see anymore," stated David Chesal, Owner, Top Round Fort Lauderdale.
Aside from their roast beef sandwiches, their menu offers an assortment of comfort food.
"We're not only just a roast beef restaurant, which Top Round first started out as a roast beef restaurant. And then added chicken and burgers to the menu. We have that award-winning pastrami burger from L.A. And we also have a really nice plant-based offering for those are vegan/vegetarian. From our salads to our extremely popular buffalo cauliflower sandwich. We even serve a nice grilled-cheese for those who don't want to dip into the meats," says Chesal
