Kuba Cabana is one of the newest restaurants right in the heart of CityPlace Doral.
The eatery brings old world Cuba and modern Miami together.
The restaurant incorporates the experience of dynamic, Latin-inspired cuisine with decor reminiscing old Havana.
“Cuban culture is a big asset in the Miami community. So we wanted to create this space that not only is a Cuban restaurant, we also wanted to bring other demographics. So that’s why we created Kuba Cubana, where we play with Cuban roots but we also bring and incorporate dishes and elements from other cultures, like Venezuela, Peru, Mexico, and that are very strong in the Miami community,” says Jorge Mas, Corporate Chef, Kuba Cabana.
The menu was curated by corporate chef Jorge Mas and executive chef, Pedro Sarracino. Both chefs have an extensive international culinary background which brought the versatile dishes at Kuba cabana to life.
