It's Furry Friday! The day where we take you to the Humane Society of Broward County to meet some adorable and adoptable pets.
Today, meet Madea, she is about three years old, Medea was a mommy as she gave birth to six puppies! And of course, all of her babies have been adopted. Now, Madea is patiently waiting for her forever family.
Madea is a super special furry friend as she is a part of a program called Dolly's Dream.
Dolly’s Dream is a foundation that works with the Humane Society of Broward County and underwrites the adoption fee of select bully breed dogs.
The program started 5 years ago and 170 dogs have been adopted so far.
And for the month of April, the Humane Society of Broward County is partnering up with Mojo Donuts for their "Donuts 4 Change" program.
When you go to Mojo Donuts you can order the "Cosmic Charlie" donut and 50% of the proceeds will go to the Humane Society of Broward County!
