Jamie Foxx is returning to the multi-camera world for the first time in over 20 years, and for him, this felt like a homecoming.
Based on his daughter's diary, the new Netflix show, "Dad Stop Embarrassing Me," features hilarious events that happened in real life between the father-daughter duo, and for Jamie this role has been a ride of a lifetime. Corrine Foxx is also the executive producer of the show, and the two have spent years putting it together.
"She's my boss," Foxx says. "It's great to be able to have someone you love, and you watch them bloom in front of you, and then step away and just really be about business."
Brian Dixon, played by Foxx, is a successful business owner and bachelor who is a full-time father to his teenage daughter, Sasha, played by Kyla Drew.
Determined to be the best father he can be, Brian’s going to need all the help he can get to from his dad, played by David Alan Grier.
