Located at the new wing in Aventura mall, Pani is a one-of-a-kind restaurant concept that will delight everyone in town.
The creator behind it all? Eliana Trotta, also known as, Pani.
The pastry chef from Argentina opened her first Pani ten years ago in Argentina. Now she’s brought the restaurant to Miami for guests to enjoy Pani’s unique atmosphere along with their delicious food.
“Pani is me. Pani means me welcoming you to my home. The colors of the restaurant represent me, represent what is happening to me. Represents the now. And the kitchen of Pani offers what I would offer you at my home, “ states Eliana Trotta, owner of Pani.
Pani not only serves up mouth-watering Argentinean classics as well as scrumptious desserts which include over 20 cakes. But the menu also brings a mixture of different cultures to the table.
"I was born into a family with different cultures. I grew up with that diversity. And that’s what I bring to the kitchen. Now, I am Argentinian but I can’t say my kitchen is from Argentina. But I bring the best flavors of Argentina and I combine them with flavors from everywhere else. From Argentina, I bring the caramel and the sweet potato flavors and everything else that is fantastic to the dishes. But the kitchen overall is a mixture of flavors of the world," says the pastry chef.
While Pani brings homemade food to the table it also brings a unique experience.
"When you step into our restaurant, we want you to feel happy. No matter what problems you have that day when you step in here, we want you to have the best part of your day here at Pani," said Trotta.
