One of Miami's first and beloved donut shops is turning five!
The salty previously known as The Salty Donut is a family-owned artisan donut shop.
From a parking lot in Wynwood to now having 5 locations nationwide, The Salty focuses on chef-made craft donuts that rotate seasonally.
In celebration of its five-year anniversary, The Salty has opened a new pop-up location.
“We took our original camper from back in the day and we popped it up on Lincoln Road, sort of in collaboration with the Lincoln Road BID and a bunch of great Individuals that really wanted to activate the road a little bit. COVID-19 has been so tough on a lot of different retail and so they wanted to do something really fun and excited on the road. So they partnered us and El Bagel, which is another Miami staple. And we’re going to be there for the next few months hanging out Saturdays and Sundays,” Andy Rodriguez, Co-Founder and CEO, The Salty.
