The media frenzy has already started here in Miami. As for the stadium, it is almost set as work is ongoing to get the stadium ready for the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs on Super Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium.
"We’ve had upwards of 6,000 people working on this site since we've been here starting on January 2nd. We've been here since just after New Years and we've been working ever since," said NFL Senior Director of Event Planning, Eric Finkelstein.
The Halftime Show will also feature performances by two Miami favorite artists, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira!
"We have our A-list talent (Jennifer Lopez and Shakira) that is performing at the Super Bowl Halftime Show and Pitbull will be performing at the pre-game tailgate party. They will be (sitting) in a suite somewhere enjoying the game after Jlo and Shakira perform," said NFL Director of Events, Niki Ewel.
