The California-based Pink Taco is bringing it’s Mexican-style cuisine to Miami Beach.
Located on Ocean Drive and 12th street, the eatery features a fun and lively atmosphere, attracting celebrities like Snoop Dog.
"The concept is celebrity driven. We even had Snoop Dog come perform and Dj our VIP party. He got it super lit and it was a great time," said Chris Sanchez, Training Manager at Pink Taco Miami Beach.
At Pink Taco, the approach to food and drinks is simple; fresh ingredients prepared with lots of love. Starting with a menu favorite, the namesake "Pink Taco".
"Our signature dish is made with a corn tortilla, black bean puree, chicken, salsas, topped with pink onions," said Sanchez.
Another menu favorite, "The Fajitas"!
"As soon as they come out of the kitchen, they're sizzling. They're served with flour tortillas, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo," added Sanchez.
At the bar, guests can enjoy margaritas of all kinds! One topped off with a mini bottle of Grand Marnier.
The 199-seat restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating with patio and sidewalk dining options. Inside, enjoy the signature Pink Taco sugar skull artwork on the walls with a nod to Miami Beach themes.
"As soon as you walk into the building, you can see it's bright colored. We have a bunch of skulls on the walls, that's our vibe. Our concept is diverse, we have all these different cultures out here, and we try to bring that into our drinks and our food. So that's why I think we're the perfect fit for South Beach," said Sanchez.
