As Florida hit over 100,000 cases of COVID-19, Miami-Dade county has over 20,000, the highest of any county.
City of Miami mayor Francis Suarez also announced a face covering rule at a press conference with the Miami-Dade County League of Cities Mayor's Coalition. Aventura, Hialeah, and North Miami Beach are also implementing these rules.
