Westfield Broward showed their appreciation to the Plantation Fire Department by delivering 24 meals to them.
This was part of their new #WestfieldCares initiative which will highlight organizations and the work they are doing to combat the effects of COVID-19.
The program is intended to help drive awareness and donations for non-profit groups, such as those serving the homeless, economically disadvantaged families, seniors, and children.
Westfield Broward also donated $1,000 to Broward Pantry to help provide supplies and meals to families who have been effected by COVID-19. Broward Pantry is a local non-profit that serves seniors in need who are on low, fixed income, and grandparents who are raising their grandchildren.
